Service Flow

1. Service Appointment

Please allow at least 3 working days for reserving services. For services perform on Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, please allow at least 5 working days for reserving services.

2. Service Confirmation

  • Clients will receive Invoice and Terms & Conditions via Whatsapp or email.
  • Please check the contents of the Invoice and read the Terms & Conditions carefully. For any questions, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • Clients need to pay a deposit (the amount depends on different services) before the specified date to confirm the service. All paid fees (including deposits) will not be refunded under any circumstances.

3. Final Confirmation

Before service, cleaner/technician will call client to confirm the service location, date and time.

5. Payment Terms

1. After the service is confirmed, clients need to pay a deposit (the amount depends on different services).
2. For the balance of the service fee, clients need to pay the cleaner/technician on the spot when the service is completed. Clients are also welcomed to bank in the fee to our company account before the service.
3. All paid fees (including deposits) will not be refunded under any circumstances.

5.The receipt will be sent by post, email or Whatsapp.

6. Follow-up

After the service is completed, we will follow up on the performance of the cleaners/technicians, so as to improve the service quality.
